What can be shared

Dates, original wording, authorship, redactions, and publication approval are checked before a record appears publicly.

Assessments are not official statistics

Any future scorecard will need a stated methodology and supporting material. Proposed performance measures are recommendations unless an identified source establishes them as existing requirements or measured results.
